Who works with the
DAC6 Tracker
?
According to the law, the intermediary is generally obliged to report cross-border tax arrangements.
The DAC6 Tracker helps you to find out whether you are affected by the reporting obligation or not.
For all reporting entities, the DAC6 Tracker is the comprehensive and secure solution for managing cross-border reportable tax arrangements.
Intermediaries
An intermediary is any person who designs, markets, organises, provides for implementation or manages a reportable cross-border tax arrangement. This typically includes tax advisors, lawyers, banks and trustees.
Taxable persons
If intermediaries are bound by legal confidentiality obligations, customers and users may also be directly affected by the reporting obligation.
Affiliated companies
Intermediaries can also be legal entities in the form of affiliated companies and group companies or associations of professionals.
Things to know
What is DAC6?
What is DAC6?
DAC6 is a very important piece of legislation. This EU directive stipulates that in future international and cross-border tax arrangements with certain characteristics must be reported to the authorities. These characteristics are known as hallmarks. If these obligations are not met or not met on time, high fines may be imposed depending on the relevant country.

Not only taxpayers, but also advisors (lawyers, tax advisors, banks, trustees, etc.), for example, may be subject to reporting requirements if they have their registered office or a branch in an EU member state

All companies with their registered office or a branch in an EU member state are potentially subject to notification as soon as they fulfil one of the hallmarks or have specific characteristics. Not only large multinational companies are affected, but also SMEs if an existing arrangement fulfils one of the hallmarks.

The new DAC6 regulation came into force on 1 July 2020 and affects all cross-border tax arrangements since 25 June 2018. Our DAC6 Tracker simplifies the regulation for you by analysing all arrangements and advice to determine whether they meet a mandatory hallmark. Let us analyse and adapt your internal processes so that you do not overlook any arrangements and do not miss any future deadlines.

Cross-border tax arrangements
solve safely
Behind the DAC6 Tracker is the professional team at Red Leafs InnoTax AG. Our team consists of Swiss tax experts, German tax consultants and our own team of developers. Thanks to our international clients, we have intensively familiarised ourselves with DAC6 and its impact on advisors.
In our search for suitable, software based DAC6 support that is specifically focussed on intermediaries, the solutions currently available on the market did not meet our expectations. We therefore decided to develop our own solution, the DAC6 Tracker, together with other experts.
